 Hello my lovelies and welcome to my new post! It is time for us to start our preparation for the colder days. Summer has been long and we still have a few more warm days left, but I prefer to do my shopping for the upcoming cold days in advance. I also have a lot of boots and winter shoes, but I am kinda picky when it comes to winter footwear: I am always looking for the right pair of boots that are comfortable, warm, waterproof and also fashionable and keeping up with the current trends worldwide.

I am always doing my research online before I figure out what is it that I really want to buy. That is how I discovered this absolutely amazing online store called Zalor. They offer a really wide range of products for the upcoming winter and I really enjoyed browsing this store.

What are Jordan’s?


In 1984, Nike teamed up with the famous NBA player, Michael Jordan to launch an iconic shoe
brand: The Air Jordans. The shoe went on to serve as a change agent to the level of play on the
basketball court. During the years that Michael Jordan played professional basketball, the brand
would release a new sneaker each season. Jordan always used the new sneaker on the court for
that year, causing fans to want the shoes even more. According to sneaker resale experts, kids who
grew up between 1984 and 2004 played a significant part in the success of the brand. Here is an
evolution of the Jordan Brand.
  1. Air Jordan I. The modern sneaker culture has its roots in the original Air Jordan, which launched in 1985. The shoe and leather overlays that made them durable and easy color blocking. Nike and Jordan Brand has honored this shoe several times beginning with the release of the Retro 1. Chicago Bulls used their third draft pick on Jordan, a 1992 NCAA champion who later won the Olympic gold in 1984. Michael also signed an endorsement deal with Nike. Unfortunately, NBA banned Air Jordan I for not meeting the league’s policy on colors and uniform. However, Michael Jordan continued wearing the shoe and faced a fine of $5,000 per game.
  2. Air Jordan II. Designed by Bruce Kilgore and released in 1986, Air Jordan II featured a full-length air-sole that added extra cushioning for Michael’s sore feet. With the increased fame of Micheal Jordan, the brand had already begun to outgrow its home country. Nike decided to produce this shoe in Italy, making it the first and only renowned Italian style. Air Jordan II was different since it did not feature Nike’s familiar Swoosh logo. The “Nike” was on top of the heel counter while the Wings logo of the original Air Jordan appeared on the tongue. Air Jordan II paved the way for for the popularity that would accompany Air Jordan III.
  3. Air Jordan III. As the world continued to know Michael Jordan, the brand created an ad surrounding the Air Jordan III. The ad introduced a prominent baller who knew Michael and his increasingly famous shoes. The designer, Tinker Hatfield, added some style on the Air Jordan III that continued well into the 21st century. Tinker introduced elephant print overlays on the upper that still resurface in other Jordan models. Tinker also included a luxury design for Michaels signature shoes. The shoe was also the first Jordan brand to feature a visible Air-Sole unit under the heel. This feature retained Nike’s “Air” embroidery on the heel and a polyurethane midsole for cushioning.
The brand has launched other Jordans over the years but none are as iconic as the originals. In
2017, Air Jordan XXXII, the latest model, was launched. Designers used ideas from the previous
models to create a new one. By visiting Italy, Jordan was able to define the process of style that was
crucial to Michael Jordan. The Jordan brand focus on combining the essence of the original Air
Jordan with today’s innovation. Despite losing its momentum in 2014 after Jordan stopped playing,
the brand has made a comeback and made it to the list of top-selling shoes in America.

3 Tips to Keeping Your Shoes Looking New



Finding the perfect shoes will always be a top priority. But making them last is another thing.
Fret not! You do not need to hire someone to make your shoes as polished and as looking good as if they were new again. There are tools you can use or tips you can apply on it to keep them looking new.

Jedno od najvećih pozitivnih iznenađenja ove sezone za mene je kolekcija cipela za proleće leto na koju sam naišla u Urban Shopu-u. Oni su uvek imali donekle interesantan izbor obuće, ali ove godine imaju najkreativniju kolekciju ikada. Na njihovoj letnjoj obući možete naći prugice, mašnice, tufnice, čipku, a to je samo početak! Za one hrabrije tu su razni modeli sa kandžama, očnjacima i različitim printovima koji neobično podsećaju na strip. Donekle deluju teško za kombinovanje, ali su definitivno unikatna stvar na našem tržištu. Pogledajte :)

One of the biggest positive surprises of the season for me is shoes collection for spring and summer that I came across in the Urban shop. They have always had a somewhat interesting choice of footwear, but this year thez have most creative collection ever. On their shoes you can find stripes, ribbons, dots, lace, and this is just the beginning! For those that are more daring there are different models with claws, fangs and a variety of prints that remind me of comic books drawings. Somewhat difficult to combine with common clothes I think, but they are definitely a unique thing in our market. Take a look :)

Paris Hilton obuca u Beogradu / Paris Hilton shoes in Belgrade

Shushka se na netu da je Paris Hilton obuca krenula da se prodaje u N Fashion radnjama u Uscu i Merkatoru u Beogradu. Nisam proverila, ali se radujem ovoj vesti iz dva razloga. Prvi, zato sto mi se dopada obuca pod njenim imenom. Drugo, zato sto je povecanje konkurencije i dolazak novih brendova za Srbiju pravo osvezenje! Ne verujem, ipak, da ce se njene cipele koje su na Heels.com 100$ kod nas prodavati za ista manje od 150 eura. Ostaje mi da vidim :) Ako je neko od vas vec bio i video, neka mi javi ;) A da li se vama dopadaju njeni modeli?

There has been few news up on the net that Paris Hilton's shoes started to be sold in the N Fashion shops in the Usce and Mercator in Belgrade. I have not checked, but I'm glad about this news for two reasons. First, because I like the shoes under her name. Second, because the increasing competition and the arrival of new brands for Serbia is a real refreshment! I do not believe, however, that her shoes that were $ 100 at Heels.com will be sold for anything less than 150 euros here.
